This paper mainly analyses the difficulties facing the commercialization of Grassroots Innovation. Based on that, I propose the suggestions to promote the commercialization of Grassroots Innovation. I discuss the challenges facing the Grassroots Innovation's commercialization from four aspects, that is, innovation, innovator, government and society. Firstly, the Grassroots Innovations are basically simple in technique and easy to be copied. Therefore, many Grassroots Innovations have been diffused broadly and automatically, even before the innovators plan to commercialize their innovations. Secondly, the Grassroots Innovators are mainly less-educated, not sensitive to the market opportunities. They don't have enough knowledge and skills of commercialization of Grassroots Innovation. Thirdly, the society does not pay enough attention to the Grassroots Innovation and Grassroots Innovator. Hardly and organization help the grassroots innovators commercialize their innovations. Fourthly, the government organizations about realization the importance of Grassroots Innovation, hardly and supporting polices towards the commercialization of Grassroots Innovation.Following the above discussions, I propose some suggestions. Firstly, the grassroots innovations for commercialization need to be carefully selected. Many grassroots innovations are not suitable for commercialization. Secondly, the selected innovations need to be added value- addition. Thirdly, the basic entrepreneurship raining needs to be delivered to the Grassroots Innovators. Fourthly, society needs to pay further attention the Grassroots innovation. Fifthly, the administrative system needs to be improved from certain aspects, such as, scouting, documentation, diffusion and value- addition. Sixthly, both the central and local govenment organization need to give some supports to commercialization of Grassroots Innovation, for instance, tax deduction, finance and technique support. Rural Incubators will also contribute to the commercialization of Grassroots Innovation.
