My Views On Economic Law's Regulation Of Our Tobacco Industry

Our tobacco industry play a important role in accumulating overnment receipts and promoting economy development.As our country has been the member of WTO and Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.The openness of our economy is enhancing,on the other hand, we need to fulfill the pledge to control the smoking,this pressure comes from outside,inside our Tobacco monopolization system demonstrate some ossification.We need to seek a balance point between controling smoking and developmenting of economy.This article analyzes the situation of our tobacco industry,in the author's opnion,we should improve Tobacco monopolization system,Based on the basic idea of economic law, we should strengthen the economic law's control on the tobacco industry from three angles:the antimonopoly law,the special law of enterprise,the marketregulations.Then make some corresponding legal suggestions.
