Research On Coordination Of Economic Interests In Construction Of The Harmonious Society

Interests are the kind of social relations which are demonstrated by the needs of the community. Interests are also the fundamental issues which are related to the existence and development of mankind. All activities of human are related to interests and pursuit of interests. The economic interests meet the economic needs of the people which are the results of production in a certain socio-economic patterns. With the development of the commodity economy,the importance of economic interests are increasingly reflected. Coordination of economic interests means coordination and resolution of the conflicts of economic interests in different individuals which is to maintain stability of political, economic and social. Construction of the harmonious society is inseparable from the research of coordination of the economic interests. This paper focuses on the complementary interaction between the building of the harmonious social and coordination of economic interests. The coordination of economic interests is supported inherently by the connotation of building of the harmonious society, while it is also the inevitable requirement according to the building of the harmonious society. In the contemporary era, the realization of coordination of economic interests is great significant on building the harmonious society.In the process of building the harmonious society, the relations of the economic interests has undergone profound changes. During the period, the subject of the interests became variously, the orientation of the interests became multi-polarized, and differences among interests became obviously, the conflicts of interests became acutely. In this paper, the causes of coordination of economic interests has been discussed and analyzed profoundly based on building the harmonious society. The substantial cause is the underdeveloped productivity which is the basic contradiction in the primary stage of socialism, coupled with the causes on system during the process of building the harmonious society such as the legal system is not perfect, the policies is absent, as well as the ideological causes which are related to the changes of concept of the main interests. Consequently, the current coordination of economic interests are represented outstandingly by the macro and micro-economic conflicts of interests.Improving the capacity of the Party on coordination of interests and building a socialist harmonious society is demanded which must grasp the key firmly to the coordination of economic interests. According to the macro and micro economic conflicts of interests and the causes, this paper puts forward the four principles should be followed: the principle of common prosperity, and the principle of justice on distribution, the principle of balance on efficiency, and the principle of making overall plans and take all factors into consideration. Based on the four principles above, the paper makes approaches to the realization of economic coordination of interests in the process of building the harmonious society which are developing the productive forces, coordinating the current relations of economic interests on the basis of increasing the wealth of the society by using of economic, administrative, moral, legal, and other means, takes practical and concrete measures to coordinate the macro and micro contradictions, and impulses the development of economic in the process of the building of the harmonious society. Ultimately realizes the objectives which to build the socialist harmonious society.
