Interests Association:the Economic Base Of The Effective Realization Form Of The Formers Cooperation

China is an influential, agriculture-oriented and most populous country,agriculture, rural areas and farmers problem have always been an important issue in the social development and stability,especially farmers problem,which is the core of "SAN nong" problem.With the 30 years of reform and opening up,the producing zeal of farmers and rural productivity have greatly improved. However, In the process of economic system and social structure’s dual transformation,it is difficult to resist double risk of market and society for individual farmers’decentralized management status. Therefore, organizing farmers to change this decentralized status for improving their ability of cooperation will be an important way to promote the development of rural society in the new historical period.Found in the MaAnshan village I investigated,it has the natural advantages of growing vegetables.At the beginning of the household contract responsibility system, MaAnshan village farmers’vegetables growing basically belongs to its homegrown vegetables,so the individual interests of farmers will seek scattered cooperation in this stage.In the late 1990s, farmers agent of MaAnshan village occurred, they developed the contract farming, brought farmers together, and formde a knot on the interest,so they made a extensive cooperation relations with farmers. With the deepening of farmers cooperation, Several major farmers agent jointly sponsored and launched a cooperative in 2011. A stable interests community has been formed to guarantee the formation of farmers cooperation. Based on the vegetable industry in MaAnshan village,benefit correlation between farmers perform as following the ways:individual interests,pairing interests and group interests,and at the same time the farmer cooperative way also includes scattered cooperation,agent cooperation and cooperative running.There is no doubt that interests is the key to promote the MaAnshan village farmer to innovate the form of cooperation and expand cooperation degree.The process of MaAnshan village farmers’ seeking the development of the interest is also the process of deepening the degree of cooperation.Based on the process of cooperation benefits associated to farmers, the main body status of MaAnshan village farmers has greatly enhanced. It cultivates the farmers’ self management, self management ability and helps to promote the orderly development of the village.Based on the investigation of MaAnshan village, this paper explores the effective forms of farmers cooperation. Drawing the basic conclusions:the interests association is the economic base to achieve cooperation, the interests association determines the cooperative effectiveness of farmers, the higher of interests association, the closer of farmer cooperation, on the contrary,the lower of interests association the more dispersed of farmer cooperation. At the same time, the interests association with industry as the core can promote the effective implementation of farmers’ cooperation.
