In order to adapt to complicate global economic system, large-scaled SOE must conduct a series of transformations to face this challenge. Among the transformations includes organizational change. It is different from foreign enterprises, which merely needs to take into account the problem about management science under the mature marketing condition. The environment of market economy of our country is still not perfect, so the organizational change of SOE of our country is of more significance.Organizational change of SOE means breaking down original framework of power structure and interests structure. During this process, benefits conflict is inevitable. Excessive conflicts will lead to disordered tendency of production and management of SOE. If we cannot coordinate and control this kind of tendency, it will influence organizational change and strategic enforcement of SOE.According to this background, I start to the writing of this thesis. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, in views of the background of organizational change of SOE, this thesis analyzes the complexity of organizational change of SOE to illustrate the theory of complicate adaptive system, and establish dynamic and resistance model and corresponding mathematical model of organizational change of SOE.Secondly, it utilizes interests theory and game theory, as well as analyzes the system and economic reasons that lead to interests conflict of organizational change of SOE. Through the conclusion of interior game the manager of SOE can find a way to prevent collusiveness of middle level and low level.Thirdly, according to analysis and exposition as above, the thesis puts forward relating coordinate scheme and suggestion from macro aspects and micro aspects.
