A Research On Ecotourism Exploitation Strategic In Shanxi Guancen Mountain

Guancen Mountain, scenic areas of which mainly lies in the territory in Ningwu county, Shanxi province,is the national forest park. Luya ountain Nature Preservation Area in it is the one of the first State Nature Preservation Areas. Guancen Mountain boasts of abundant ecotourism resources (such as hills, water, forests, valleys, caves, grass, temples, vacant villages and passes), which offers a favorable base for its ecotourism development. The local government attaches great importance to the ecotourism exploitation of Guancen Mountain, which clearly states that we should vigorously develop tourism in"Ningwu county Ninth Five-Year Plan and the long-range objectives for 2010"and refers to the agenda of the ecotourism exploitation of Guancen Mountain. Shanxi Province,"the 11th Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development planning framework,"clearly identified as tourism Shanxi one of the four pillar industries emerging. Recently Meng Xuenong governor in the"Government Work Report": focus on the development of tourism and modern logistics industry. So, how to reasonably exploit its ecotourism resources and how to build its ecotourism products will bring important practical guidelines for the development of the tourism industry in Ningwu county, the adjustment of the tourism structure in Shanxi province and realizing leaping development of Shanxi tourism.Based on the investigation and survey on the spot, the author analyses the conditions of ecotourism exploitation of Guancen Mountain and the characteristics of ecotourism resources, and probes into the present condition and the exiting problems of its ecotourism exploitation, and puts forward strategic proposals for its ecotourism exploitation. There are five chapters in this thesis. The first chapter mainly introduces the progress of home and abroad ecotourism. In the second chapter, the conditions of ecotourism exploitation in Guancen Mountain are briefly described, including its location, and social economy. Then the chapter 3 probes into tourism value based on the characteristics of ecotourism resources. In the following chapter 4, the author analyses the present condition and the major problems exited of its ecotourism exploitation. As the most important part of the thesis, chapter 6 brings forward as well as some strategic schemes of ecotourism exploitation in Guancen Mountain, in terms of administration, idea, resource protection, fund raising and propagandized promotions, made to work out the strategies of its ecotourism exploitation.In a word, the author hopes that this research is useful for the ecotourism exploitation and planning in Guancen Mountain.
