Today, under the background of new era, as the world-renowned "polluteless industry", the tourism industry has become the world’s biggestemerging industries in the economy which did large contribution.As akey component of the tourism industry, the rise of cultural tourism greatlyimproved the connotation of tourist culture. In2013, The World Tourismorganization’s preliminary estimates that nearly half of the internationalvisitors go for the culture relics and cultural traditions. Nowadays, theinbound cultural tourism has become the main direction of tourismdevelopment in the new century. In our country, after nearly15years ofdevelopment, the inbound cultural tourism has made great progress.Alllocal governments try their best to develop the scenic spots and historicalsites, intensify efforts to promote the local customs, focus on theconstruction of all kinds of cultural tourism facilities.As for Shanxi, Shanxi is the origin of Chinese civilization with richcultural history resources, especially the most original loess plateauunique culture. In the long history of Chinese civilization evolutionprocess of China, almost every important stage has left a large quantity ofcultural relics which is appreciated for the posterity research.And theShanxi inbound culture tourism is mixed with cultural and historical resources and ecological tourism resources, with the features of religiousculture, folk culture, business culture, holds a very high cultural studyvalue. The Inbound cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province,however, at present is still in the early stage of development, so we stillneed to do more reasonable careful research and analysis.This article mainly is composed of five parts. The first part mainlyelaborates the significance of writing background and the main researchboth at home and abroad, and so on; The second part discusses theinbound and the related concepts and theories of cultural tourism; Thethird part presents the situation of the inbound tourism trade in ShanxiProvince by taking the business culture tourism、religious culture tourismand folk cultural tourism respectively as the breakthrough point. Thefourth part, regard to the WuTai Mountain as the research object, madethe empirical analysis of the effect factors of immigration culture tourismdemand. The fifth part puts forward the strategic suggestions of theinbound tourism trade for Shanxi province.
