With periodic land usufruct as stock, land-stock mode changes traditional land management and is thought to be a great innovation in the development history of Chinese rural economics. Because of serious problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers and the good effect of land-stock mode, the paper analyses the impact of the land-stock mode to the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers from the theory.Firstly, the paper analyses implication, emergence and development of land-stock mode. And then the paper analyses the impact of land-stock mode to agriculture, farmers and rural areas respectively. As for the problems facing agriculture, the paper analyses the mode of leading enterprise carrying farmer, the main way that realizes agricultural integration. The paper analyses the effective impact of land-stock mode to the agricultural integration from four aspects as follows: benefit system between leading enterprise and farmer, leading enterprise's costs of production, operation factors and the mode of resource setup. In a word, land-stock mode can accelerate the development of the agriculture.As for the problems facing farmers, the paper analyses the circumstance about the transitional surplus rural labor. The paper analyses the effective impact of land-stock mode to the transitional surplus rural labor from three aspects as follows: establishment of the innovating land property rights system, creation of many different jobs and improvement of farmers' capability. In a word, land-stock mode can solve the problems of the transitional surplus rural labor to some certain degree and then accelerate to solve the problems of farmers.As for the problems facing rural areas, the paper analyses the circumstance about the urbanization-building of our rural areas. The paper analyses the effective impact of land-stock mode to the urbanization-building of our rural areas from four aspects as follows: the characters of land property rights system, support for estates, reasonable diversion of surplus rural labor and correction of government behavior. In a word, land-stock mode can accelerate the course of the urbanization-building of our rural areas and solve the problems of rural areas to some certain degree. At last, the paper presents some problems facing land-stock mode in its course of applying.
