Operating System Perspective Under The Mode Of Agricultural Industrialization

With the continuous economic and social progress, Agricultural development involves the processing industry, services, finance and other fields. Industry has got increasingly blurred boundaries, so there have been many new industrial development approaches. Agricultural Industrialization is a development strategy that has been widely accepted and used around the world. The development potential of the agricultural economy is also growing more and its role in promoting the national economy has become increasingly evident.For a long time, many scholars at home and abroad made more in-depth study to the development of Agricultural Industrialization, which greatly enriched the theory of agricultural development and have made a lot of achievements. Traditional research to the agricultural industrialization mode is horizontal. From the perspective of Agricultural Management Institution, firstly, the paper investigated the institutional changes and characteristics of it on the basis of several professional theories, such as Institutional Economics, Industrial Economics and Development Economics, and so on. Then, the paper analyzed the institutional factors which can affect the development of agricultural industrialization. Following the evolutional law, the paper studied the vertical development of agricultural industrialization. Meanwhile, it put forward the evolutional process of agricultural industrialization based on the development status.Sichuan is a major agricultural province in China, and the development of its agricultural economy is growing rapidly in recent years. Sichuan is rich in agricultural resources and has many kinds of agricultural products, which made a good basis of Agricultural Industry. However, Sichuan is also a province with very uneven in the level of economics and society development. Generally, the districts close to city are richer than those far from city. Recent years, due to the government policies and the innovation of the Agricultural Management Institution, Agricultural Industry is popular in Sichuan, and developing various kinds of characteristic modes of Agricultural Industry. This article stands on the point of effect of Institutional arrangements, and study the institutional basis of Agricultural Industry in Sichuan so as to propose the possible suggestions for Agricultural Industrialization.
