The Research Of Chongqing Urban-Rural Agricultural Product Logistics System Construction

It is significant that studying the construction of logistic system to Chongqing is a special city for "large size city, large size country, Reservoir Area" coexisting. The population of Chongqing is 31 millions, the 2/3 population in country. For the rich agriculture resource, the agriculture economics take up importance position in Chonging's economic structure. At present, the logistic system of Chongqing for agriculture product has many problems, for example, the undeveloped specialization of logistic system for agriculture product, the basic logistic facilities is not perfect, the network of logistic is not running smoothly, the logistic technical equipment . So the most agriculture product are unsalable for the higher logistic cost, long time span, large loss and lower efficiency. In the background of Chongqing have been located as national planning of urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area, and according to the planning of rural and urban principle "Industry to promote agriculture, city to help rural areas", at first this paper analyze the classification and specialty of the logistic system for agriculture product, then analyze the environment of logistic system construction in Chongqing, put forward the basic thought, basic target, direction principle for the union logistic system between urban and rural. At last, this paper constructed the logistic system for agriculture product which include the infrastructure of logistic system for agriculture product, the information platform of logistic system for agriculture product, the main platform of logistic industry for agriculture product, the technical platform of logistic system for agriculture product, the running platform of logistic system for agriculture product and politic platform of logistic system for agriculture product.
