Research On Motivity Of Technological Innovation Of Enterprises Based On Regional Innovation System

The perfection of regional innovation system can make the integration of regional resources more effective,and to motivate the motivity of technological innovation of enterprises.Standing on the motivity of enterprise technological innovation,the analysis of the effects of regional innovation system on motivity of enterprise technological innovation can provide basis for enterprises and government to develop technological innovation strategies.Based on the detailed discussion of the research results,both home and abroad,on the relevant theories of technological innovation motivity and regional innovation system,the paper firstly classifies all the factors into internal factors,external factors and inherent factors,then integrates them.Combining with the influences on the motivity of technological innovation in the aspects of market environment,technique diffusion and the policy environment,the paper designs a comprehensive evaluative index system of enterprise technological innovation.Especially,the paper analyzes the importance of various factors quantitatively by using AHP and points out that regional innovation system is critical in promoting the motivity of technological innovation. After those,the paper evaluates the efficiency of innovation system in seventeen cities of Shandong Province by choosing four models of DEA and makes a detailed analysis of the evaluation result.The conclusion is drawn that there exist some problems in the innovation system of Shandong Province,such as the inadequacy and redundancy in inputs,the lack of high-quality personnel and the poor communication within the main body of technological innovation.At last,the paper proposes that,to perfect the regional innovation system and to promote the motivity of technological innovation,some measures should be taken,such as increasing technological innovation fund reasonably,establishing effective mechanism of personnel training and motivating,stepping up the development of infrastructure for technical communication,and strengthening the building of innovation networks,as well as enhancing people's sense of innovation.
