Study On Protective Exploitation Of Wetlands Ecotourism In Momoge National Nature Reserve

The wetland is the highest productive forces eco-system on the Earth, it has rich water resources, land resources, biodiversity resources and mineral resources, it containing the huge economic efficiency, social efficiency and ecological benefit. At that time, the eco-tourism has become the main tendency of the world tourism development, and also gradually started to become the effective way for the wetland eco-system protection and the wetland resource development. This article take the Momoge national nature reserve as the object of study, and combined with the ecology theory, the landscape ecology theory, the sustainable development theory, environment ethics and other correlation theories, conducted the empirical study to the protective exploitation of wetlands eco-tourism.The Momoge national nature reserve has large wetlands and large area like lakes, bogs, the wetland eco-tourism develops is The Momoge national nature reserve's request inevitably. In this paper, from the discussion of the essence of wetland eco-tourism and the research development, to the elaboration of the wetland eco-tourism and the protection development's connotation and the characteristic of nature reserve. On the basis of the on-site survey , and materials collection, wetland eco-tourism development condition and wetland tourist resources were classed and assessed scientifically in Momoge national nature reserve. I proposed that take the protective exploitation as the core of Momoge nature reserve's wetland eco-tourism sustainable development pattern; designed wetland eco-tourism project, including the tourism product, the traveling commodity, the traveling infrastructural facilities; and made the wetland eco-tourism management tentative plan.Through studies, I think that the wetland eco-tourism development in the Momoge national nature reserve can strengthen the wetland protection, and will be the efficient way to display the wetland comprehensive effectiveness. In Momoge national nature reserve, wetland eco-tourism development needs to be conducted under the protection development principle, to dig the wetland resources potential fully, to develop the diverse wetland eco-tourism products. Using the methods of economy, law, organization manage, professional training, propaganda marketing , to coordinate and manage from the resources conservation, the traveling development, and stakeholders , to establish the idea of "big tourism", finally to realize the ecological benefit, the economic benefit, the social benefit altogether win in the same way.
