Study On Resources Evaluation And Expoitation Strategy Of Eco-tourism In Zhang Jiajie National Giant Salamander Nature Reserve

Natural reserves are places with concentration,specialization and variety of animal and plant resources,which is important for development of eco-tourism.Hunan Zhangjiajie Giant Salamander National Nature Reserve is located in the city of Zhangjiajie,a famous international tourist city with a favorable tourism market and tourism infrastructure.If the Eco-tourism has been fully developed in Zhangjiajie Giant Salamander Nature Reserve, it would promote the comprehensive utilization of natural resources in the reserve and enhance quality of eco-tourism as well as enrich the forms of tourism in Zhangjiajie.Moreover, it could boost the integration of tourism and giant salamander industries.Firstly, based on some literatures, combined with field research study methods, the natural resources have been comprehensively investigated. We found the natural reserve is home to a wide variety of plant and animal species, a valuable gene pool as well.Unique canyons and karst landscapes,technologically advanced science and technology museum as well as rich tourism products are also found in the natural reserve.In accordance with some standards,those resources have been classified into biological landscape, geographic landscapes,tourism commodity, building and facilities four main categories.Secondly, according to the ecological characteristics of tourism resources and the actual situation, combined with AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, eco-tourism resources in Nature preserve has been comprehensively and quantitatively assessed. By constructing eco-tourism resources evaluation system, based on the results of the field research and expert’s evaluation to determine the weight of evaluation index system weight, combined with fuzzy method, the eco-tourism resources has been comprehensively rated, the result of score was 7.1035, which a good evaluation level has been showed, indicating Zhangjiajie Giant Salamander Conservation Ecotourism resources has a good market potential and development value.Finally, by using SWOT analysis, the basic conditions for the development of eco-tourism in protected areas was analysised, protected area ecotourism development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were clearly stated. The ecological tourism development strategy model was constructed, and with it,growth-oriented strategy(SO) should be selected as the main strategic, defensive strategy(WT) as an auxiliary. By fully use of their advantages, seize the opportunity to prevent and avoid risks. Based on the analysis result the way to implement eco-tourism strategy and the strategy proposes measures were explored.The study will provide the giant salamander Nature Reserve in Zhangjiajie eco-tourism development with a scientific basis, lay the foundation for the scientific development of Nature Reserve eco-tourism development plan.It ensures the implementation of science and sustainable development of Eco-tourism in Nature Reserve, promotes resource protection and eco-tourism development harmonious.
