Central Heating Project Techno-economic Analysis Of Luhai City

With the development of the urban areas in Luhai city,the existing sources of heat can no longer satisfy the increasing demand for heating.Much more additional small boiler room will cause more energy waste and further exacerbating the winter air pollution in cities.However,people's living condition can also not be improved.As one of the well-known tourist city,Luhai's backward heating equipment will directly impact on other infrastructure projects and prevent the city of developing in the future.In this paper,the general idea is to combine the actual project work of central heating projects in Luhai,according to the basic theories and methods of technical and economic evaluation through evaluation of the fuel,site evaluation,the evaluation of transportation,water resources assessment,evaluation of engineering geology, environmental and health safety assessment,energy-saving evaluation,personnel evaluation,construction conditions and building period to evaluate the indicators of central heating projects in Luhai.The results show that the project's technical program and the economic indicators are more satisfactory and in line with relevant state regulations and this project has strong profitability and ability to resist risks.Therefore, the project is entirely feasible.Not only with a good economic benefits,but also with good social benefits,and also play a vert important role in the further development of Luhai city...
