The Research Of PChome's Union Station Cause Analysis Based On The Resource Dependence Theory And Development Strategy

With the development of Internet technology, the contents of website increased competition, the scale becomes the key to the rapid expansion and be ahead of rivals.This paper based on Resource Dependency Theory (RDT), analysed the cause of PChome sub-station Union, gave the development strategy. It also provide a reference method for domestic Internet enterprises on how to choose rapid growth and enhance competitiveness.RDT's core assumption is that organizations need access resources in the environment to survive, no organization is self-sufficient, resources should be exchanged. It can guide the building of sub-station union, fully utilize the resources and find complementary resources through exchange of resources, access to external entities with their own lack of resources to control the Internet to strengthen the capacity of all types of resources, access to high-speed growth opportunities. This paper based on RDT, do an interpretative work, analyse the reasonableness of PChome's sub-station union on theory-oriented and problem-oriented. It did a detailed explanation on the interdependence of the system resources with the example PChome's sub-station union, gave an analysis on both sides of the control and the extent of reliance on resources, it better explained the system at Union Station in the resource-dependent relationship. It pointed out that there will be some risk, and put forward the solutions. This paper also analyzed the implementation of the Union Station security conditions, and gave a presentation on effectiveness.With this new system operation of PChome's sub-station Union, it makes PChome's national strategy to advance two years. It makes us understand how to optimize the resources and how to maximize the value of the resources with the limited resources, how to support the development of the core business enterprises through cooperation and effective access to external resources. It can be used as reference and a guide to Internet company with the same work.
