In today's economic environment, with the continuous development of knowledge economy and information technology, more and more companies urgently need to find a new organizational structure to improve their competitive advantage,in order to cope with the current fierce competition environment. As a new organizational structure for enterprises, strategic alliances take advantage of this background. And as more and more enterprises join in the tide of forming strategic alliances, the strategic alliance is showing a rapid growth.By studying the process of enterprise organizing strategic alliance analysis,as an important motive of forming strategic alliance among enterprises complementary resources, many scholars have launched its in-depth study, the study found that the majority of enterprises in choosing alliance partners will usually put on one of the important factors of the alliance have complementary resources as a partnership between alliance partner selection, and hope to improve their competitive advantage through the use of complementary resources between the partners, and to improve the performance of strategic alliance. In the process of alliance cooperation, enterprises with more complementary resources may create more new resources, new knowledge and new capabilities, which is more conducive to the performance of strategic alliances(hereinafter referred to as alliance performance). The trust between partners,as the basic principle of survival, plays an important role in the use and sharing of complementary resources among partners.Partner trust,on the one hand, affects the stability and persistence of the whole alliance organization, and on the other hand plays an important role in the input and output of complementary resources among partners.Complementary resources,as a key factor in the formation of strategic alliances, are usually considered to enhance the trust among partners to a certain extent, and also regarded as an effective means to improve the performance of alliances.Based on the above point of view, the alliance partners trust into complementary resources for the influence mechanism of alliance performance, and as a intermediary variable to explore complementary resources to influence alliance performance, which has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis and carding of the literature about complementarity of resources and strategic alliances, this paper explores the relationship between resource complementarity and alliance performance and its influence mechanism. At present, the literature focuses too much on the characteristics of resources and the absorptive and transformation capabilities of enterprises in the study of the impact of resource complementarity on alliance performance, but there is very little research on the impact of alliance trust on it.This paper is mainly based on literature analysis and empirical research, selection of alliance trust as a mediator between complementary resources and alliance performance,in order to explore the trust in complementary resources has a mediating effect between sex and alliance performance, further put forward the concept model of the corresponding hypothesis. Then, the relationship between the variables is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding theoretical research hypothesis is put forward, and then the empirical model is formed. In order to facilitate the collection and acquisition of data,in the empirical research part, questionnaires are used to collect the data needed for the study. Finally, through the questionnaire data reliability(reliability)and validity(validity)analysis, the use of structural equation model, the proposed research hypothesis and theoretical model was tested. The empirical results show that: 1: resource complementarity has a significantly positive impact on alliance performance;2: has a significantly positive impact on trust complementary resources;3: partner trust has a significant positive effect on alliance performance;4: trust in complementary resources plays a mediating role between sex and alliance performance.
