The cooperation of Industry-University&Research has significant meaning and holds strategic position in in economic development. China also profoundly realized that the cooperation of I-U&R is the irreversible trend. The cooperation of I-U&R is a very complicated process of techno-economic, this entity or a virtual organization which pursuitting of certain goal regards business enterprise, university and research institute as the core, supported by government, intermediary and consumer. I-U&R is a kind of innovative organization, because of changes in the environment and all stakeholders of cooperation in the different characteristics and interests, makes I-U&R and its stakeholders are faced with loss or gain of the economic interests and non-economic interests The uncertainty .increased in the cooperation of I-U&R, had brought risks that can be disadvantage or "advantage" to I-U&R and its stakeholders , to some extent the disadvantage risks will constraint the development of I-U&R and make the stakeholders loss; "advantages" risks will promote the development deeply and healthy, also benefit stakeholders. so the study of risks that be faced with Union of I-U&R and its stakeholders is a necessary precondition for the development of I-U&R, which also is a meaningful one.Based on stakeholder and risk management theory, this paper starts with the definitions of the cooperation of I-U&R, its stakeholders and their risks, divides stakeholders in the cooperation of I-U&R as core stakeholders, general stakeholders and edge stakeholders, systematically studied the risk system of the cooperation of I-U&R and its stakeholders, which including constituent elements, classification and characteristics of the risks. Secondly, based on the risk analysis of the cooperation of I-U&R and its stakeholders, conduct in-depth detailed risk identification. Finally, carry out empirical studies on the cooperation of I-U&R: we collect data and relevant information with a questionnaire survey and process them with statistical software such as Excel and Matlab, then evaluate the risk-level of disadvantage risks and "advantages" risks with grey multi -hierarchical evaluation, The results show that both of disadvantage risk and "advantages" risk are at a high risk-level, and the latter one is even higher. |
