| In the six advantage traditional industries of Shandong Province,the food industry has a clear competitive advantage.As the arrival of economic restructuring,there are challenges and opportunities,in order to seize the opportunities to stabilize market position many food companies in Shandong have committed to seeking close associates with "University" or "Institute".However,according to data collected by the end of 2014 show that scientific and technological achievements conversion rate is 5%to 10% in Chinese Industry-University-Institute cooperation projects,which is only about 1/5 of the developed countries.So when business community's development strategy is inclined to Industry-University-Institute cooperation,it is necessary to identify risk factors which interfere with project success,then we can target prevention programs to enhance the success rate,successful Industry-University-Institute cooperation will has the practical value and significance.Therefore,this paper based on the above thinking,and ultimately select Industry-University-Institute cooperation projects of the food industry in Shandong Province as the research object,planing to based on projects features under specific industry background,then identify risk factors which may effect projects' success rate,and build risk assessment model and risk evaluation methods,thus providing a theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the evaluate integrated risk in specific projects.In this paper,projects' risk factors are finally classified as four categories,such as environmental risk,management risk,technology risk and production risk,so the evaluation system comprises four-level indicators and 24 secondary indicators,then we have an empirical research on A project by using this theory evaluation model,we measure out the right influence degree of four risk factors and all risk indicators' weight,and then make a few substantive recommendations on how to reduce the project's risk based on empirical results. |
