| College student apartment construction projects have the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,complex construction technology,changeable environment,many participating units,large personnel,and large workload of organization and coordination.Therefore,the implementation of college student apartment construction projects It is a high-risk activity,and strengthening its risk management is an important part of the current construction projects in colleges and universities.At present,each dormitory of S University has a small room area,which leads to many hidden dangers in students’ study and life,and has a negative impact on the social image of the university.In order to effectively improve the accommodation conditions of students and make the average area of students meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education,S University decided to adjust the current situation.After the adjustment,the number of student dormitories could not meet the actual demand,so it needed to build a new dormitory.This thesis will use the relevant theories of risk management to study the risk management of the W dormitory building project of S University,so as to reduce or avoid the loss caused by the risk.This thesis first describes the definition of risk,the definition of risk management,the process of project risk management,etc.,and summarizes the research results related to project risk management at home and abroad,laying a foundation for the research;then expounds the current situation of risk management of the dormitory building construction project of S University,sort out the problems existing in its risk management,including insufficient risk identification,insufficient risk management connection between sub-projects,insufficient comprehensive attention to risk monitoring and response,and single risk monitoring and response methods;secondly,from the project decision-making stage,In the stage of project initiation,implementation,and completion acceptance,the risk identification of the W dormitory building project of S University is carried out,the risk evaluation system is established based on the analytic hierarchy process,and the weight value of each risk index is calculated,and the risk level is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The risk evaluation calculation shows that the overall risk level of the project is 3.12,and the W dormitory building project of S University is judged to be a medium-high risk through the evaluation level.Finally,based on the risk evaluation results,the W dormitory building project of S University is proposed for different risk levels.Risk response measures and risk monitoring measures.This research will identify,evaluate and control the potential risks by studying the risk management of the construction project of the W dormitory building of S University,in order to reduce the accident rate through effective risk management,reduce the school’s hidden safety hazards and property losses,and provide a good foundation for the follow-up.University construction of dormitory buildings provides strategies and methods to avoid risks. |
