In the view of operation mode of the electronics industry supply chain and production process of manufactures, this paper analyses the reason of PCB outsourcing, operation mode of PCB suppliers, and roles PCB suppliers in the supply chain, suggests the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness in such model, concludes the important factors for manufactures in choosing such a mode of cooperation.There are more opportunities for PCB manufactures because of the electronics function extension, higher integration, the increasing technological content, and higher demands in research .This kind of outsourcing mode will be in more industry chains.
