This paper focuses on the research of outsourcing call center marketing strategy, and then explicates the practical operation in Shenzhen Telecom. First, this paper expounds the development of the call center industry from the areas of the technology, applications and operations. Secondly, this paper describes an analysis of the major consideration of choosing outsourcing. And then, this paper describes the call center outsourcing market in the macro environment. Thirdly, based on the basic theory of choosing outsourcing of call centers, this paper researches the practical Market position and marketing Strategy of Shenzhen Telecom. The practical marketing environment and marketing conditions of Shenzhen Telecom has been analyzed, which bases on the following three aspects: PEST, Five Forces, and SWOT analyzed method. Then in accordance with the results of the analysis this paper infers the call center outsourcing business marketing strategy focused on. Finally, this paper sets up the practical plan of call center outsourcing business for Shenzhen Telecom.With the escalating competition in the market, competition among enterprises has changed from the price to the services. Gradually, companies aware of the importance of call centers. But nearly half of the call center is unsuccessful. Because the call center's construction and operation is a complicated systematic project, and most of the enterprises do not have enough energy or relevant experience to achieve professional call center operators. That is the main reason why call-center outsourcing is so popular in the foreign area. AS the demand environment has been developing and changing, domestic call center outsourcing service providers are flourish in recent years.Shenzhen Telecom is a newer in call center outsourcing market. There are many problems in the market positioning and marketing strategy of choice. This paper researches the environment of call center outsourcing business marketing for the telecommunications operator, and sets up the call center outsourcing marketing strategy for Shenzhen Telecom. I hope it can play a role of the reference to other telecom operators. In this paper, through research, I realized that telecom operators should target the needs of customers and give full consideration to the characteristics of the industry. Telecom operators should make full use of its advantages, build brands, and search for a road of Strategic cooperation.
