The evaluation after the project plays an important role in the whole process of the project. It is an objective and comprehensive summary about completed project of the planning, including project decision. Project construction,design, completion of the project, checking and the whole process of running. The essay aims at analyzing the financial and economic effect when all the aspects above interact with the society and financial surroundings. In the way of checking and summary, we can make sure that whether the target is completed, whether the project is reasonable, whether the economic target is realized,then, we can find out the reasons whether failure or success as well as sum up the successful experiences. Through the effective feedback, we can build up our management level for new investment.Based on project evaluation and project evaluation telecommunications theoretical analysis and exploration for Jiangsu Telecom call center outsourcing project evaluation research projects around the project construction, implementation, and operation phase of the project, expand the relevant after the evaluation, and made recommendations.
