Perception of organizational politics is the subjective estimation of the employee for the self-serving acts in their work place. It contains three tiers of meaning: perception of organizational politics is the estimation of someone to the purpose of actions of others; the purpose of these actions is for their own be hoof; perception of organizational politics the subjective estimation for the actions in their organization. Our study focus on the differences among three kinds of enterprises with different characters, and the difference among different persons.The process of this study was divided into 2 stages: Firstly, preliminary test and questionnaire revision was done. The exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 150 valid questionnaires, items were deleted which was double factor-loading or factor-loading was low than 0.40. The exploratory factor analysis indicated that the perceptions of organizational politics had three factors, including selfish acts, pay or promotion and colleague relation. Secondly, formal measure was implemented. The scales of perceptions of organizational politics (11 items) and job-engagement (16 items) were added to the formal questionnaire all together, and 262 valid dates were collected.The confirmatory factor analysis and model comparison indicated that the three-factor structure model was optimal. After the ANOVA, independent-samples T test and post hoc scheffe, the result indicated that the perceptions of organizational politics among the three different kinds of enterprise, that of state-owned enterprises stuff was distinctly higher than private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises. On different demographic variables, the younger employees are and the lower their positions are, the lower their perceptions of organizational politics are, female's perceptions of organizational politics was distinctly higher than male's. However, the distinct difference of the perceptions of organizational politics was not found among the different education and different time working this corporation.
