Perceptions of Organizational Politics,is widely defined in the academic world as the understanding of the members of the organization caused by the political actions of superiors,colleagues,and organizational policies and practices.It is the subjective evaluation of the degree of self-interested behavior of the members in the work environment.From the essence of perception,people's attitudes and behaviors mainly depend on people's perception of reality rather than reality itself,but not necessarily facts.Organizational political perception is the perception of employees'reality about organizational political behavior.It is not real political or political behavior but the influence of the perception of politics at work on the outcome of the organization is even more important.Therefore,a deep understanding of the nature of organizational political perception and the impact mechanism will help enterprises to prevent or respond to the possible adverse effects of organizational political perception.In China,influenced by the 5,000-year-old traditional ideas,"human relations" and "Guanxi" are topics and guidelines that cannot be separated from people.The "bureaucratic thinking" in society still exists.Correspondingly,social culture will inevitably affect modern organizations.The diversity of needs and the limited resources in the organization provide a development space for the existence of organizational politics.This further shows that attaching importance to organizational politics has considerable necessity and guiding significance for enterprise management practice.The workplace deviance behavior as a representative of the behavior outside the negative role,because of its extensiveness and harmfulness will bring huge cost waste to the organization,and more and more attention of the organization.Research on the factors affecting workplace deviance behavior and the impact mechanism is even more urgent.Previous studies have shown that employee personal factors have an important impact on workplace deviance behavior,so this paper starts from the individual level of employees to study the main factors affecting workplace deviance behavior.Workplace deviance behavior and organizational political perception are both ubiquitous and implicit in the organization.Organizational political perception,as an individual's subjective evaluation of organizational political behavior,can have a significant impact on employees' work attitudes and behaviors.This study attempts to integrate organizational political perception with workplace deviance behavior and explore its mechanism of action.First of all,through literature review and combing,to understand the research direction and research progress of organizational political perception and workplace deviance behavior,it is found that the research combining the two is still less.Then,based on the shortcomings of the research,based on affective events theory,norm of reciprocity and the self-control resource depletion model,the theoretical model of organizational political perception affecting the workplace deviance behavior through resource loss is constructed,and the research hypothesis is put forward,and 274 valid samples are adopted.Hierarchical regression method and structural equation model,using SPSS 21,AMOS 21.0,PROCESS plug-in,empirical test of the proposed hypothesis.Finally,the conclusions are summarized,and the implications for management practices,the research limitations of this paper,and future prospects are clarified.The results of empirical tests show that organizational political perception has a significant impact on workplace deviance behavior;resource loss has a mediating effect between organizational political perception and workplace deviance behavior;organizational support negatively regulates between resource loss and workplace deviance behavior Relationship.The empirical results and theoretical hypotheses of organizational support are slightly different.The regulatory effect of organizational support on the mediating effect of resource loss is not significant.This may be because organizational support and organizational political perception are subjective perceptions of individuals.Will affect each other;or under certain factors,the perceptions of organizational support will not alleviate the resource loss caused by organizational political perception,for example dissatisfaction with the organization caused by organizational political perception,so that individuals will make the individual suspect that organizational support is purposeful.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the self-control resource depletion model in psychology is introduced,and resource loss is introduced as a mediator variable into the field of organizational behavior.Based on the theory of emotional event occurrence and the principle of reward,the research on the relationship between organizational political perception and workplace deviation behavior is proposed.model.Previous researches are mainly based on resource conservation theory and work stress theory.They have an impact on employee behavior-through psychological contract rupture,organizational unfairness,and impression management motivation.They have not yet involved the loss of their own resources.This paper introduces resource loss into the negative role outside behavior model,explores its mediating role in the impact mechanism,and enriches the applicable situation of resource loss.Secondly,this study integrates organizational political perception and workplace deviation behavior,which are also widely present in organizations,in an attempt to explore the relationship and mechanism between the two to enrich the workplace deviance behavior that bring huge costs to the organization.Antecedent research to solve practical problems in management.Finally,based on the discussion of the buffer mechanism between organizational support and resource depletion and workplace deviance behavior,this study further explores the mediating role of organizational support in the regulation of resource loss,enriching resource consumption and work.The boundary research of the deviation behavior relationship of the place provides a possible improvement way to reduce the deviation behavior of the workplace from the perspective of adjustment,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the in-depth study of workplace deviance behavior.
