Research On The Promotion Ways Of Executive Ability Of Field Management Of HB Company

Field management is an comprehensive management at the first line of production, is the centralized implementation and display of various special management works at basic levels, and the execution force of field management is the foundation of comprehensive competitiveness of an enterprises. Guided by the theory of executive ability of field management, the thesis investigate the problem of HB Company to enhance it's executive ability of field management.The thesis firstly analyzes the features of the site of production and the current status of the field management of HB Company, and points out the existing problems in field management of this company. Based on this, the thesis proposes suggestions for HB Company to enhance it's executive ability of field management in seven aspects of ways. These seven ways include, concentrating the employees by the enterprises culture, optimizing the organizational system of field management, integrating field management system, improving the mechanisms of incentive, conducting trainings and developments of field personnel, conducting improvement of field operation environment and establishing the field management knowledge base system. The thesis further raises the basis and principle for the appraisal of executive ability of field management, and constructs a appraisal indicator system for the executive ability of field management by combining the actual condition of HB Company. By appraisal of the executive ability of field management, HB Company may conduct vertical and horizontal comparisons for the levels of the executive ability of field management of each subordinate production units, make scientific conclusions as the feedback information to be used on field management system, so as to boost the enhancement of the field execution level and the improvement of execution quality to promote the upgrading of the executive ability of field management of HB Company on a continued basis.
