Analysis On Buliding Up And Improving Executive Ability System Of Chinese Property Management Enterprises

Executive ability plays key role in implementing enterprise's management strategies.It can be said that executive ability exists with competition.For reality management enterprises,executive ability is more important.The thesis made a expository study on the executive ability of reality management enterprise.By analyzing the executive system of reality management enterprise and the elements that have influences on the execution of reality management enterprises,the study aims at finding out the reasons for executive barriers,which can offer suggestions for the execution building of reality management enterprises.Chapter 1 introduces the conception and importance of executive ability and related studies at home and abroad,focusing on the executive system and the execution levels.Chapter 2 is a theory application part.The present author applied theories of execution in reality management enterprises,analyzed the content and characteristics of execution of reality management enterprises and made a detailed analysis on the executive system of reality management enterprises from five subsystems of executive ability.Chapter 3 mainly discusses the status quo of the execution of reality management enterprises.How to build up the executive system can be discussed from two aspects:one is on the operational level of reality management enterprises,which can be analyzed in the aspects of organization,system and strategical management;the other is on the level of human resources of reality management enterprises, including building up executive system of reality management enterprises,teams with excellent executive ability,strong leaderships and practical executive culture.Chapter 4 is a case study.The present author made amount of investigations and hold talks in more than 10 reality management enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai and Shangdong Province.The thesis takes Shanghai Golte Property Management CO.Ltd.as a case study.Through analyzing their experiences and problems in building up executive ability,it can give implications for reality management enterprises in building up execution.
