A Study On Evaluation And Promotion Of Technological Innovation Ability Of CQ Oil Field No.1 Oil Production Plant

Innovation is the basic concept of China’s economic development and an important follow-up to the development of oil companies.To improve their competitive advantages,oil companies must enhance their technology innovation ability.Recently,foreign oil companies are still in the leading position in technology innovation ability,China’s oil enterprises must improve and accelerate the pace of technological innovation for survival and development in the fierce market competition.Based on that background,this paper is targeting at the current situation of CQ oilfield,tending to make a comprehensive evaluation of CQ oilfield branch’s technology innovation ability,and putting forward the corresponding suggestions and comments.The basic structure of the paper is the following.Firstly,on the basis of technological innovation and relevant theoretically ability enhancement research,summarizing the influence factors of technology innovation ability,the complete procedure of technology innovation ability and technology innovation ability evaluation method.Secondly,according to the theoretical research conclusions and the actual situation of CQ oilfield branch’s innovation,we organize a comprehensive evaluation system of technical innovation ability of CQ oilfield branch,and utilize the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate it.Finally,as the comprehensive evaluation results,we put forward corresponding strategic recommendations to improve the technical innovation ability of CQ oilfield branch.At the conclusion part of this paper,we conclude the research procedure and the achievements we make,what’s more,we also propose the further research direction.
