Human resource management is gaining the attention of more and more businessmanagers in the modern enterprise management, which is because it plays animportant role in achieving enterprise strategies. Rather than other incentive methods,compensation management, as the core of human resources management, plays anirreplaceable role in mobilizing enthusiasm and creativity of its staff and also inmotivating their potentials and values. In line with scientific and rational enterprisedevelopment, well-designed, highly-operable compensation system is the key to thevictory of enterprise compensation management.The Sinopharm J Co. Ltd. was originally a provincial private joint-stockcommercial pharmaceutical company and it was merged by the Sinopharm Group Co.Ltd. and became its provincial branch under the influence of our country’s vigorouspromotion of our pharmaceutical circulation system and its encouragement ofmergers and joint reorganizations of large central enterprises absorbing otherpromising companies into their own pharmaceutical distribution system, so as toimprove the optimal allocation of resources and enrich the varieties of goods,technologies and network resources. After the founding of the company, it hasdeveloped rapidly and the market share of network coverage increased dramatically,enjoying a surge in business size and staff size, relying on the advantage of the brand,capital, and government relations of Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. However, becauseSinopharm was not involved in the operation and management of the J Co. Ltd., itsmanagement methods are the same as they were in private enterprises during the past.Incorporated into the state-owned system, private enterprises with its originaltraditional management methods have been seriously held back from the rapid pace ofdevelopment of the enterprise. Many problems in the area of human resource management were exposed, and more importantly, the compensation management isweak. The compensation management of this company as a state-owned holdingcompany not only failed to play its due role to attract good staff, cultivate them orkeep them, but also seriously affected the achievement of corporate strategic goals.To some extent, it restricted the development of the company. Therefore, the study ofthe pay system design of Sinopharm J Co., Ltd. is imminent.This thesis will give detailed discussion of design process, the design results ofSinopharm Medicine Holding Co., Ltd. J. And this thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, introducing the research background, its purposeand significance, and research methods too. The second chapter introduces the currentsituation of human resources and compensation system, focusing on the detailedanalysis of its problems and causes of Company Ltd. Sinopharm J. The third chapteris the core part of the thesis, based on the compensation system design principles anddesign process of J Co., Ltd. Sinopharm, which gives a detailed introduction of everyaspect of a specific procedure and design results in the compensation system designflow. The fourth chapter describes the smooth and effective implementation of thecompany’s compensation system, which pays more attention to the preparatory workbefore the implementation of the compensation system, the principle of the transformof the old and the new compensation system, the communication with employees, thework tofeedback and correction of it.I hope that with this thesis, the problems of J Co., Ltd. Sinopharm can be solved,and the management of the company’s human resources will be improved. Moreover,I hope the enthusiasm and loyalty of its staff can be motivated by better compensationmanagement and it can also provide support and protection for the realization of thestrategies of the company. I also hope this thesis can provide a reference for otherenterprises in the same industry and pay administration personnel.
