With the rapid development of knowledge innovation and global economy, the high quality of human resources has become not only the strategic resource of enterprises' survival and development, but also the important symbol to measure if the enterprise is competitive in the market. The key for enterprises'competition is the talents competition. How to inspire people's initiatives and creativities, and improve enterprise's compensation design system scientifically provide guarantee for the development of enterprise's successfully. As a part of the human resource management, compensation management plays the most important role in balancing employees'benefits, maximizing enterprise's profits and acquiring strong competition nowadays. So, compensation design system is the key in human resource management. Besides to inspire employees'initiatives, establishing a system of innovative compensation management provides a strong motivity to achieve enterprise's strategy, thereby in the long run, it provides a firm base for enterprise's development.Based on the economists'theory of compensation management, and the diagnosis and analysis for existing problems of compensation management of L company, this thesis explores ideas and methods to optimize these problems. Thereby, starting from reformation of allocation system, we design a deferent and more motivated compensation management in accordance with company's developing strategy according to employees'types and responsibility.There are five parts. First part is to expatiate on the purpose and meaning of this research, and the methods as well. The second part is to summarize relevant theories about the compensation. The third part is to expound the basic information, operation and current compensation management system of L company. The forth part is to analyze the problems and reasons of current compensation management system of L company. The fifth part, propose the redesigned framework of compensation management for L company according to the deferent types (i.e. management, sales, technology and production) combining with company's developing strategy.
