Municipal Solid Waste(MSW),which has become a serious problem of a modern city,occupies a large amount of arable land,severely pollutes the environment, consumes a lot of resource and energy and becomes a huge threat of the survival of human life in space.The ecological management of MSW is the regulation and control of the processing of MSW which from generation,collection,transportation to integrated disposal,and it is to achieve the aim of "reduce,resource and harmless".This paper discuss the characters and current situation of china MSW management in the prospect of "logistics system" first,and then presents a recommendation of presses optimize by summing up some advanced experience,current MSW composition and technical characters.This optimized process can directly changes the current proportion of disposal in our country,which makes large amount of landfill.After then,this paper further explore the environment,economical and social impacts of MSW logistics system by using Life Cycle Analysis(LCA),and then Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to make MSW logistics system evaluation model.This model is used to appraise the combined effects of environment,economical and social of MSW logistics system in some area.In the end,MSW logistics system in Beijing is discussed as an example.An optimized system is proposed and its effective is evaluated.As a result,the system after process optimize is more efficient than before in the environmental,economic and social,as well as the integrated efficiency.
