Along with the starting of knowledge economy and economic globalization tide, the knowledge management becomes the sustainable competitive advantage source for the enterprise gradually. Is the knowledge management useless or valuable, if the enterprises in the knowledge management is in vain, or create a competitive advantage, we should establish an appropriate set of achievements appraisal system, construct an effective appraisal model, and form of a well-established appraisal methods for the enterprise, which could record the value of enterprise projects, and form evaluation information base for the enterprise capital, to make a scientific decision for the enterprise development and make a more accurate and reasonable assessment on the staff, objectives, plans, programs and projects for the enterprise management person, in order to allocate enterprise resource effectively. Achievements appraisal system has rousing affect, which guide the managers, engineers and other knowledge employees to take a better action and make a sensible decision to combine personal goals and organizational goals effectively.This article makes a full understanding on the enterprise knowledge management and establishes a set of complete enterprise knowledge management achievements appraisal system, according to enterprise knowledge management theories and goals of knowledge management, which combine the superiority of fuzzy reasoning and the character of performance evaluation. The main problem of the enterprise knowledge management evaluation is the effect of the enterprise knowledge management can not be quantified. For example, knowledge management enhances the ability of the staff's decision-making and absorbing new knowledge and innovative spirit, improves the ability of team communication, coordination and cooperation and promotes the knowledge-sharing and exchange between customers and strategic partnerships. These are very important for the enterprise, but they are difficult to be quantified. In this paper, the model uses fuzzy reasoning to solve the problem, which is dependent on the character of fuzzy reasoning. The model will be qualitative and quantitative analysis, scoring by experts to achieve a preliminary evaluation for the difficult evaluation index. The model is feasible for the study and application. The result of the model is a degree of membership, which can get the accurate information on enterprise knowledge management and situation of knowledge management that is compared with previous year to check the implementation strategy of enterprise knowledge management, and has some reference value on planning about future enterprise knowledge management.
