| In our country, with further in-depth reform of the economic system, private enterprises, as a result of the flexibility mechanisms, the rapid development of China's economy has gradually become an important force in; some stronger private enterprise is actively involved in the property rights of state-owned enterprises, assets restructuring and structural adjustment, which has become the trend of economic development.The paper studies from background analysis, shows the significance of financing of mergers and acquisitions, and gains the corresponding theory. Secondly, through the analysis of financing for M&A, we find out the suitable mode financing of for private enterprises in China.Meanwhile, this paper studies further in the Delong expansion in its financing ways for M&A. Through this way, we find out the difficulties of private enterprises financing in China in the process of M&A. Finally, we give the strategy of choosing the way of financing in M&A and the suggestion of perfecting financing environment. |
