The Research On Function Positioning Of Logistics Park

With the development of global economy and logistics industry being one of the national top ten revitalized industries,modern logistics is regarded as a pillar industry of national economy and a new breakthrough point for economy growth in our country.As an important part of logistics system,logistics park is playing a more and more major role in urban economy,transportation,environment and so on.The planning and construction of logistics park(short for LP)had flourished throughout the country.However,excessive LP planning and construction had a negative impact on economy of some areas.The most important reason is that the function and scope of LP isn't ascertained reasonably.Reasonable LP function is based on local environment, conditions and the level of economy development.That the layout of LP is not reasonable and the plan and construction of the LP doesn't cater to the demand of the city will pose great influence not only on the a mass of land resource leaving unused and low-level redundant,but also on causing a large amount of waste of resources and fund.Therefore,the study of scientific and rational function positioning of LP and appropriate scope is the primary tache of the planning and construction of LP and also a prerequisite for the effective operation of LP,is of strategic significance.The thesis,based on the idea,expatiates the background,status quo and trend of the research home and abroad,analyzes the function positioning of LP using the qualitative and quantitative methods.The qualitative factors effecting the function positioning of LP contain level of productivity,industrial structure,regional economic policy,traffic condition,consumption level,the position in the supply chain,logistics properties of the products,personnel and technical conditions.The quantitative factors mainly refers to the forecast of logistics demand.The thesis further clarifies the concept of logistics demand,and points out that the logistics demand of LP is the integrated weight of traffic demand,storage capacity,distribution capacity,the volume of processing.After that,the paper designs the functions and business flow of LP.At last,the paper introduces the DEA and the application of this method in the evaluation on the functions benefits of LP to check the scale of the functions,then an actual example is stated.
