The Forecast Study Of Logistics Demand For Logistics Park In A City

Logistics Park is the result of the logistics industry development and a nesting zone integrated with a variety of logistics functions. The development of the logistics park is conducive to integrate logistics resources, reduce relevant costs and reduce the repeated construction and purchase of logistics facilities. So the logistics park is usually regarded as an important provider of logistics services. Currently, many cities began to built logistics parks, however, many construction didn’t combine with local logistics demand well, which caused problems of high vacancy rates and low facility utilization rate of the park. Henan province as one of the main body of the central plains economic zone construction development in the national strategy of development of central China, is experiencing unprecedented challenges and unexpected opportunities for development and the number of logistics park also added. Under such a background, an important logistics node of Henan logistics park in A city is regarded as the research object in this paper.A city is an important logistics node of Henan province, and have certain first-mover advantage in the connection of Jin, Hebei, Shandong, Henan and other surrounding areas, however, the industry development of A city still faces many challenges and difficulties. To speed up the construction of logistics park in A city, will contribute to accelerating the development of modern logistics industry in A city, increase investment in logistics infrastructure, promote the comprehensive logistics park status establishment, optimize the layout of urban spatial and improve the environment and so on.On the basis of relevant research status, related theories of the logistics park, and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing logistics demand forecasting methods at home and abroad, the exponential smoothing method is selected as the quantitative analysis model of demand forecasting in this paper. And the basic theory of exponential smoothing is introduced, the concepts about demand for logistics park and logistics is defined, the influence factors of logistics demand were divided into economic factors and non-economic factors.
