Research Of Developing Strategy For SDPTE Telecom Engineering Co.,Ltd

With the quick development of telecom industry and integration of telecom operators, telecom engineering construction companies that take charge of constructing telecom networks face to both opportunities and challenges. Therefore, making development strategies and constructing corresponding support systems scientifically can help the companies in this industry obtain competitive advantages under this kind of complex and changeable conditions.This study took use of research methods of case study and deep interview. Taking SDPTE telecom engineering construction limited company as the typical case in telecom engineering construction industry, this study defined the opportunities, threatens, disadvantages and advantages of the company in the future by using theories of strategy management to analyze external environment and internal conditions of SDPTE telecom engineering construction limited company. Based on this, this study clarified the strategic position of this company as well as established the support system of implementing this strategy.This study draw conclusions that making strategic position of this company as an integrated value chain and establishing its special role as an integrator played in the supply chain, which is coordinating and integrating resources located in the value chain, serving the end customers in terms of a total solution, controlling the changes of demands by customers' demands forecast and customer relationship management, and finally developing and searching for new value increasing points. Through supplier performance evaluation and supplier relationship management, the company can integrate resources and capabilities of both direct and indirect suppliers and create value-added services to supply customers perfect integrative services based on basic products and services.There are 21 figures, 3 tables and 26 references...
