| China is a country of highly exporting dependent country. The export-oriented small and medium-size enterprises(SME) contribute a lot into economics development, subprime lending crisis lead to the global finance crises, the export-oriented SME are facing tough challenge, so it is very urgently important to analyze the existing problem and relation development.The thesis is mainly studying on the problems of export-oriented SME and providing the development strategies concerning related problems.Firstly the thesis gives the definition of export-oriented SME on the basis of SME definition and analyzes situation of export-oriented SME, now the main problems include international and domestic circumstance constraint and enterprises internal problems. Secondly the thesis offers the strategies and solutions for series related problems of exporting-oriented SME, including establishing the sales channel, broaden the financing channel and take advantage of credit services of finance institution, human resource training, technical innovation, industry cluster and enterprise alliance, improve system of enterprises service. Thirdly, the thesis gives a sample of exporting-oriented SME and analyzes the problems of the enterprise, then provides the solutions and strategies based on results mentioned above. Finally conclude the whole thesis and give the future study direction. |
