Evaluation And Optimization Of Fuzhou Port Iron Ore Port Rail Transportation Project Strategy

In recent years,with the gradual deepening of global economic integration,"MTR transport" which is a new type of international transport of goods has also aroused people's attention.Port rail transportation increased supply and throughput of port,and promote the development of the port operation,and reduce the import and export enterprise.transportation cost,achieve a win-win situation with the port enterprises.The use of advanced mode of port rail transportation to achieve zero distance transfer passenger,freight seamless,can effectively improve the transportation efficiency,reduce logistics cost,promoting energy conservation and emission reduction targets,is an important measure to promote the port logistics industry transformation and upgrading,but also an important way to realize the leaping development of Chinese port enterprises.At present,the Fuzhou port group is committed to extend the port industry,change management ideas,the mode of operation of the logistics supply chain,bigger and stronger bulk cargo business.Gradually establish a coordinated development of railway,waterway,highway and other modes of transport,the complementary advantages of the comprehensive transportation system.At a lower cost,more convenient and efficient logistics services,the successful construction of the SG iron ore port logistics supply chain,to achieve a seamless connection of Hong Kong,shippers and carriers and win-win business operation.In this paper,taking Fuzhou port iron ore port rail project as the research object,the status of the development of port rail transportation and the existing problems were analyzed and summarized,combined with the outer rail transportation experience,design a set of evaluation index system of Fuzhou port iron ore port rail transportation project of scientific and rational.Study of the actual situation of this project,volume index,service indicators,management indicators,infrastructure and economic indicators of five categories based on the selected fifteen indicators of transport capacity,coverage of routes,connecting convenience,speed of development,the container throughput of cargo damage level,the efficiency of customs clearance services,convenience,safety monitoring system the management information system,the degrees of freedom,port,handling equipment,vehicle,container yard standard setting,transportation cost,operation cost,port,and the use of the work to determine the index weight by ahp.This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the objective,comprehensive,in-depth analysis of the effect of Fuzhou port iron ore port rail transportation project,find out the question existing in the project,and put forward some measures to solve the problem of my own work experience.This paper uses the method of integrating theory with practice,the system of evaluation of the Fuzhou port iron ore port rail transportation project.The related research can make the development of Fuzhou port,the development environment of the port rail transportation comprehensive strength,management level,comprehensive and accurate understanding,and enhance their level of logistics development in the future,but also to provide a theoretical basis and experience support for other ports in China the development of port and railway transport.This paper enriches the research of MTR transport from theory and practice,to extend the application field of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,for other enterprises to provide a valuable reference experience value.
