Traceability Optimisation Study On Medicine Products Based On Supply Chain

Medicine is a special commodity;pharmaceutical production must ensure the quality. Once happen the quality event,it twill impact businesses quality costs,and even crushed to the Pharmaceutical companies.Traceability of medicine to ensure the availability of medicine has become the important means of quality and safety.So build a pharmaceutical supply chain traceability system,from the herbs of the cultivation, production processing,product flow,and ultimately arrived at consumers in the process of information on the current track to become the subject of the urgent need to address. Traceability system and then made the cost prohibitive in many pharmaceutical companies,through the traceability optimization model throughout the supply chain to improve the efficiency of the traceability system will enable better promotion and application.This article is for pharmaceutical production centers in the medicine supply chain,based on the basic theory of supply chain from raw material supply of medicine,production processing and finished medicine of circulation and reverse logistics are tracking process in conducting research in various aspects of traceability elements and processes. Research in the process on the basis of the given conceptual model of medicine traceability;conceptual model and cost analysis with a combination of the medicine production process of tracking the number of optimization models,the model takes into account the process of tracking the various drugs elements in achieving the quality of products made under the premise of optimizing the total cost.Optimization model through the application checked the validation results.Finally,this article gives some suggestion for optimizing the medicine traceability and to the pharmaceutical manufacturers to provide a meaningful reference.
