In the era of rapid development of various kinds of network technology,the level of information technology in various industries is constantly improving,and consumers' requirements for product safety and quality are also constantly improving.With the continuous development of China's manufacturing industry,product safety problems continue to appear in the market at the same time,gathering the people's attention.In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers and ensure the safety of consumers,enterprises in various industries have begun to build the traceability system of product supply chain.With the increasingly complex structure of the supply chain,traceability has become one of the necessary means to ensure product safety and protect the rights and interests of consumers.It has become an inevitable trend for industrial enterprises of various products to establish traceability system.In recent years,cosmetics have already entered people's daily life and become an important daily necessities.With the development of Chinese cosmetics enterprises and the increasing demand for cosmetics,Chinese cosmetics market has become the largest emerging market in the world.In this context,the research object of this paper is the product supply chain of ZW company.The main products of ZW company are cosmetics,which can be divided into cosmetics,skin care and other categories.First of all,starting from the status quo of supply chain traceability and the existing problems of company traceability,this paper explores the research background of the paper,sorts out the relevant theories of supply chain traceability related to this paper,introduces the methods used,and combs the research status at home and abroad from the aspects of traceability strategy and the methods used in this paper.Secondly,through on-the-spot investigation and other methods to understand the status quo of product supply chain traceability of ZW company,summarize the problems in the process of product supply chain traceability of ZW company,that is,the confusion of demand for product supply chain traceability information,the difficulty in traceability of product quality problems of the company,and analyze the causes of the problems.In view of the problems in the traceability process of product supply chain of ZW company,the traceability requirements of product supply chain are identified through literature research,consulting experts and research companies.Based on Kano model to solve the problem of confusion of traceability demand in product supply chain,Kano questionnaire was designed to investigate the same type of enterprises of ZW company in a certain region,and better worse classification method was used to screen traceability demand in supply chain and rank its importance.Finally,aiming at the optimized demand information,the object-oriented method is used to research and analyze the product traceability system.Based on UML modeling method,the dynamic model diagram and static model diagram of raw material supply,production,warehousing logistics,sales and other links in product supply chain are drawn to describe the product supply chain traceability of ZW company.The traceability system is designed based on the company's product supply chain to realize the traceability of the whole supply chain of the company's product information.And analyze the effect before and after optimization.This paper provides convenience for the traceability of raw material supply,production and processing,storage and logistics,product sales and other links of ZW products.It solves such problems as the confusion of supply chain traceability demand of ZW company and the difficulty of traceability of product quality and safety,and effectively guarantees the quality and safety of ZW company's products,which is of great significance to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.At the same time,the solution for product traceability of ZW company can be extended to other enterprises of the same type,which has great reference significance.In this dissertation,there are 19 figures,11 tables and 53 references.
