Research On The Mechanism Of Supply Chain Cooperation Behavior Based On Traceability

With the rapid development of the society,the prosperity of the economy and the development of science and technology,the market scale of consumer electronic products has been expanded,which has become a part of people's daily life.Meanwhile,along with the deepening of the global division of labor,consumer electronic products face increasingly fierce market competition.The supply chain environment is increasingly complex with all kinds of risks,which increase challenges that the supply chain management is facing.In recent years,there have been a number of consumer electronic products quality defects and recall event,which make a heavy blow to consumer confidence in the product and harm the long-term development of enterprises.There is no doubt about the importance of quality,and consumers are demanding for high quality.So for the supply chain enterprises,make comprehensive use of quality management methods to restrain the supply chain enterprise behavior effectively,and ensure the products quality is extremely necessary.This paper firstly reviewed the research of quality management,traceability and supply chain contract as quality management methods.Based on the previous studies,I proposed to research the supply chain quality management problems with traceability.Optimization theory,game theory and principal-agent theory are studied in this paper,then this paper researched under different supply chain environment that exists supply chain enterprises moral hazard problem,and combined traceability with two kinds of supply chain contract,deferred payment contract and quality cost sharing contract.I discussed the traceability influence mechanism of the supply chain enterprise behavior,and the design and optimization of these two types of supply chain contract based on traceability.The results show that traceability will have a positive impact not only on the enterprise's own behavior,but also on the upstream enterprises of the supply chain.The improvement of traceability represents the improvement of the ability to identify and confirm the quality responsibility,and then reduce the moral hazard in the supply chain under asymmetric information.Also,this paper gives the optimal parameter design of these two kinds of supply chain contracts with traceability,and provides some suggestions for the actual quality management process.
