The Quality Traceability Platform Of The Whole Process Of Bee Products Supply Chain

With the decades of sustained high-speed development of our country,the quality of our live has been considerable promoted,and the quality and safety of food caused widespread concern.Bee products are popular health care products,whose quality and safety of bee products gets increasing attention of public in recent years.The recent exposure of several scandals about the quality and safety of bee products reflects the industry's urgent need for a reliable traceability platform of quality and safety.Aiming at the characteristics of bee products supply chain and combining with advanced technology and a quality traceability theory,the thesis puts forward the quality traceability platform of the whole process of bee products supply chain.Through the application of this platform,non-standard issues caused by lacking of supervision on three key links of bee farming,cooperative acquisition and transportation,bee enterprises processing during the bee products production process can be gotten rid of,bringing healthy and orderly economic benefits for beekeepers,cooperatives and enterprises,so that consumers can enjoy healthy and mature bee products.The prominent feature is that the platform takes the three key links of supply chain as the core of traceability,and innovatively applies information structure to workshop of bee enterprises,to combine the QR code technology,C #,MCGS and other advanced technologies with smart phones,MCGS touch screen and other advanced equipment to integrate into the quality traceability platform of the whole process of bee products supply chain.The main research results in this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing domestic and international advanced quality management theory and the research results of quality traceability of agricultural products industry,and comparing with the characteristics of bee products supply chain,the quality traceability platform of the whole process of bee products supply chain is put forward.(2)After a long period of spot investigation and analysis,the details and processes of three key links of bee products quality traceability are established.(3)Based on Modbus field bus technology,the information system of bee enterprises is constructed,and the processing site of bee products is strictly monitored,innovatively realizing the complete collection of production information and real-time accurate transfer in bee enterprises.(4)The web platform of quality traceability based on the B/S architecture integrally presents all traceability information and first applies QR two-dimensional code to informative marker of finished bee products.Then by using the data mining technology to analyze the database data,this platform can obtain the knowledge to guide the production of bee products.Finally,through the practical application,it is proved that the platform can realize quality traceability of the supply chain with a good stability and has a significant effect on the quality improvement of bee products.
