The Research Of Evaluation Method Of Enterprise Competitiveness Based On Criteria For Performance Excellence

In recent years,enterprises are facing much more intense international competition.Theory scholars and company leaders now pay more attention to how to make the prior status in the fierce market competition.Although there are many research on the evaluation method of enterprise competitiveness,there is little research focus on analyzing upon one enterprise and finding it's problems in depth thus to improve it's competitiveness continuously.However,Criteria for Performance Excellence provide us an effective instrument for improving competitiveness of enterprises.This article intends to establish a new method for evaluating competitiveness based on Criteria for Performance Excellence,which can help improve the competitiveness of enterprise.Firstly,the article concludes the status of research on evaluation methods of enterprise competitiveness based on literature study,which helps propose the innovation of the study.Through theoretical research,this article first redefines the content of enterprise competitiveness and enterprise competitiveness evaluation.Then based on the nature of competitiveness,the article analyzes the applicability of Criteria for Performance Excellence for enterprise competitiveness from the content and method of Criteria for Performance Excellence by comparative and systematic analysis.At the same time,the article establishes the evaluation method of enterprise competitiveness based on Criteria for Performance Excellence,which includes evaluation concepts,evaluation indexes,evaluation procedures and evaluation methods.The new method is also compared with the original methods.Finally,this article uses a case to verify and complete the new method.The innovation of this article is that it establishes a new way for evaluating enterprise competitiveness,which can help diagnose the enterprise systematically and thoroughly to find the advantages and improvement opportunities of enterprise to finally help improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
