Since Human Resource Management was introduced into China from abroad in the middle and later 1980s, Human Resource Department have transformed from traditional administrative function into strategic human administrative function, become an important part of the whole strategy of enterprise development. The organization requires HR practitioners have stronger professionlization and higher professionl skills,which makes the HR practitioners face the challenge of professionalization. So, promoting Human Resource Management up to a new altitude and enabling the practitioners'skills, behavior, morals and knowledge professionalized, become a very important task in our country's economic development. Then, what factors impact HR practitioners'professionalization, what are the criteria and how to appraise their competence, are the problems to be solved urgently.First of all, the author summarized the profession, professionalization and the current research method of professionalization, and defined the connotation of the HR practitioners'professionalization on the basis of predecessors'studies. Secondly, following the design principle of the professionalization evaluation index system, according to relevant literatures of professionalization, with reference to Competence Model, the dissertation proposes the theoretical hypothesis of HR practitioners'professionalization evaluation index system. Moreover, with the approach of the Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model the author carried on the empirical research on HR practitioners'professionalism evaluation index system, and then carried on exploratory factor analyzing and confirmatory factor analyzing to the data through SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.70, finally revised the HR practitioners'professionalization evaluation index system and found the first and second class index weight. In the end, the paper constructs the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evalution model of HR practitioners'professionalization according to fuzzy comprehensive assessment, introduced professionalization index to evaluate the HR practitioners'professionalization level by concrete cases, and thus confirmed the feasibility of the professionalization model.
