Research On Evaluation Of The Core Competence For The Electronic Information Enterprises Based On The Ahp-fuzzy

This paper takes the electronic information enterprises in China as research objects. It uses the fuzzy mathematics and the core competence theories, and uses the methods of quantitative and qualitative and the methods of combination of theory and empirical to research the core competence. This paper system studies some questions, such as what is the core competence of the electronic information enterprises, how to evaluate the core competence of the electronic information enterprises and how to promote the core competence of the electronic information enterprises.First, this paper introduces the core competence theory, illustrates the definition and characteristics of the core competence and its development and evaluation methods. Second, this paper analyzes in detail development status of the electronic information enterprises from the aspects of the factors of production and the corporate strategy. This paper analyzes the electronic information enterprises'the state of the core competence with related research based on the core competence theory. On the basis of it, this paper divides the core competence into four dimensions, which include core technological competence, capacity of key staff, marketability and management capacity. This paper establishes evaluation index system of the electronic information enterprises based on the index system design principles. Third, this paper uses the AHP method to calculate index weights, and constructs multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Forth, with an example, this paper use the model to evaluate of the electronic information enterprise'core competence. Simultaneously, this paper has the empirical study, analyzes strengths and weaknesses about existence of the corporation strengths and weaknesses and proposes measures to enhance core capabilities. This paper proposes the way of promoting the core competence of the electronic information enterprises from the proportion of corporate R & D in five areas.
