Study On Countryside Highway Development In Zhucheng City

According to outstanding theoretical and practical achievements and studies both at home and abroad, this paper intends to study the countryside highway development in Zhucheng city. By means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it makes statistical analysis of materials of the highway development in China and economic development of Zhucheng city, and presents situation of countryside highway development, traffic investigation of city and countryside, investigation of passenger transportation key position and materials of domestic and foreign professional thesis, working reports, leaders'speeches, transportation plans, policy documents, and representative cases. It introduces successful countryside highway practices of Jilin Province of China, Dezhou city and Shouguang city of Shandong Province, and summarizes the current problems of countryside highway development in Zhucheng city, objectively analyzing the current development situation, the development of economic society and the demand of highway traffic and the advantages and disadvantages of countryside highway development of Zhucheng city. Comparing with successful practices of countryside highway development in advanced areas, it puts forward the goals and policy suggestions to promote countryside highway development.This paper includes eight chapters. First of all, with the introduction of concept and characteristics of countryside highway, this paper elaborates the great significance of countryside highway development and analyzes status quo of the related research. Then, it summarizes the practices in Zhucheng city and points out the dominating problems. Finally, the economic and social development of Zhucheng city is presented and its advantages and disadvantages to the progress of the countryside highway are investigated.The paper inquires the comprehensive requirements according to the theory of supply and demand and forecasts the correlative indexes. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the scientific development strategy and layout, development goal and guideline of countryside highway in Zhucheng city are investigated. Then the paper brings forward the main measures and advice to promote the countryside highway development in Zhucheng city. First, we should make full use of favorable opportunities to realize faster development of countryside highway; second, we should explore the scientific ways to steadily boost its development against the background of careful programming; third, excellent projects in countryside highway should be constructed, meanwhile, strict management structure is needed; fourth, the fund of country highway and its supervision should be insured and strengthened. Fifth, innovative mechanism and effective measures should be taken to ensure maintenance of countryside highway; sixth, maximal service benefits may be realized by the way of perfecting transportation stops and development.The research indicates that we must attach more importance to the countryside highway construction and development by means of scientific plan, expanding investment, strengthening management and improving mechanism in order to realize the sustainable development of countryside highway. In the process of facilitating the progress of countryside highway, Zhucheng city is still on the primary stage with a great deal of opportunities and challenges. Thus, on the basis of adventurous practices and past experience, scientific decision mechanism and strengthened measures are necessary to build a convenient and efficient transportation system so as to realize the sustainable development of countryside highway. This is also very important to satisfy the travel requirement in rural areas, increase farmers'income and realize better and faster development of regional economy.
