Schneider Electric Company(SE) is a global electrical and automation products industry leader.SE entered China in 1987.Since then,SE has been executed multi-brand strategy,and achieved good growth.Since entering in 2008, the macro environment deterioration makes the growth of enterprises slowed down, and exposed a lot of issues which not been concerned before.Such as intense competition led to reduced profits,institutions brought about by inefficient bloated. How to adjust business strategy and face to the new situation dealing with market competition? In this paper,the answer is:brand integration,implementation of single-brand strategy,and promoting solutions sales.This paper makes Schneider Electric brand management company status quo as the research object,through a comprehensive analysis of the external environment,pointing out that Why Schneider Electric Company should adopt a single brand strategy,and analysis the role of the implementation of brand integration and significance,and made General Corporation brand integration program design.At the same time also as an example,this paper makes a briefly describe of the impact of marketing strategy through adjusting brand strategy.
