Research On The Barriers And Innovation Of Public Goods Supply In Rural Areas Of Anhui Province

China's economic reforms originating in the rural areas have achieved a great success,but at the same time there exist major issues constraining the sustainable economic development of China.The "three rural issues" named "farmers,rural and agriculture" is one of the most important issues.The lagged rural development, weak agriculture and slow income of the farmers constitute not only a hidden danger to the harmonious development of China's economy,but more importantly, a direct threat to the food security in our country.The supply of public goods in rural areas is the focus of the government to solve the "three rural issue".And for solving the problem of rural supply of public goods,the innovation and improvement of supply system is the key.On the basis of the previous studies,the paper analyzes the problems of the supply of public goods in rural areas of Anhui Province,and explores the system reasons for these problems,to provide a basis for the system innovation for the supply of public goods in Anhui Province.The emphasis of the paper is to examine the problems of the supply system of public goods in rural areas of Anhui Province and the aim is to explore the innovation system of the supply of public goods in rural areas of Anhui Province.This paper discusses the supply of public goods in rural areas of Anhui Province from the following aspects:First of all,the paper describes the causes of the research,the basic framework and research methods of the paper and the basic theory of the supply system of rural products.Secondly,studies the Institutional Change of the supply of public goods in rural of Anhui Province,and conducts an empirical analysis of the existing supply of public goods in rural areas in Anhui Province and analyzes the reasons of the system.Furthermore,the paper explores the system flaws of the existing supply of public goods in rural areas in Anhui Province,raises the ideas on how to innovate.Finally,on the basis of the possibility analysis of the several means of the supply of public goods,points out a supply system model of public goods in Anhui Province through the analysis and comparison of the efficiency of the supply modes.
