Research On Application Of Project Management In The Transformation Business Of Hefei Telecom

Project management, as a new developed field in the subject of management, comes along with the needs for social constrcutions and large-scale projects. Project management provides an effective organization form for modern enterprise management.It improves the planning, organization, administration and control on utilization of human resources for enterprises, and makes great contribution to management practice.After the reform and open policy was carried out, Telecom industry has been developed rapidly and is full of keen competition. The market satutation is pushing the major Telecom operators to active business development and enterprise transforamtion.According to large numbers of expansion and operation of new businesses, Telecom operators need to implement huge amount of transformation projects every year. Utilization of project management brings a scientific organization management mode to Telecom projects, and it dramatically increases the efficiency of operation management on Telecom projects. In this regard, research and study on the utilization of project management in the transformation not only have theoric meaning, but also have practical application value.This dissertation is a study on the transforamtion of Hefei Telecom. It analyses issues during the transformation process, and combines theory knowledge of process management, human resource management and communication management to find out detailed solutions and tools for resolving problems and more effective project management and administration.
