Research On China's Industry Income Differential Of Positive Analysis And Countermeasure

Since China's reform and opening up in the late 1970s,the economy has been developed rapidly.And the income gap among the industries has also been growing unceasingly at the same time.This income gap has been expanding too much to achieve the goal of constructing a harmonious socialist society,and the excessive income gap has also hindered the further development of China's economy.Using the relevant data of industry,this paper positively analyzes the income gap among different industries,and further analyzes the reasons and suggests the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the general theories on industrial income gap. Secondly,on the base of the latest statistical data,it analyzes the changing properties of industrial income gap in different phases to find the characteristics of its trend with the method of static analysis and comparative static analysis.From 1978 to 1990,the extremes ratio of industrial wage declined and the difference between the "poles" was small.From 1992 to 2002,the market mechanism became mature,and the extremes ratio of industrial wage rise sharply while the difference between the "poles" expand significantly.From the change of industry classification standard in 2003 until 2005,the extremes ratio of industrial wage kept ascending but fell in 2007 while the difference between the "poles" fell after rose.But according to the coefficient of standard deviation, the income differential among industries in China kept overall expanding from 1978 to 2007.Then,this paper studies the yearly trend of average employees' wage among different industries by dynamic analysis,and come to the conclude that the difference of average wage growth rate is the main reason of expanded industrial income gap.Thirdly, this paper gives value judgment on the industrial income gap,and analyzes its negative influences on economy,society and politics.Lastly,this paper explores the causes of expanded industrial income gap and puts forward some countermeasures to narrow the income gap among different industries.
