| The study on job satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the international academic.But it began to cause the attention of the domestic academia just in recent years.In China, the study approaches on job satisfaction are still short of local characters.The depth and extent of the study seem to be limited.This article aims to city commercial bank staff as research subjects,their job satisfaction to explore the status quo.Through the impact of job satisfaction factors and elements of the study indicated,the bank employees constitute a factor in job satisfaction (dimension) has six major and six dimensions in order to formulate the bank based on employee job satisfaction questionnaire;selected representatives of City Commercial Bank of Zhengzhou;using SPSS statistical analysis software;use Cronbach'a to test its reliability coefficient;through the evaluation model to deal with the survey data,obtained in City Commercial Bank of Zhengzhou employees actual job satisfaction feel the value;the use of one-way ANOVA test on the population characteristics of job satisfaction variables have a significant impact on whether or not;and measuring the results of analysis of two-dimensional quadrant.The results showed:(1)Job satisfaction survey by the model drawn in City Commercial Bank of Zhengzhou staff feel satisfied with the actual value of 3.380;(2)Six dimensions of the actual value of pupils feel sort are:leadership behavior,job itself,interpersonal relations and social support,work environment and conditions,bank management practices and organizational climate,job return; (3)Educational attainment, annual income for the six dimensions of job satisfaction was no significant difference;conduct of genderon leadership,management and organization of the banking environment,return job,interpersonal relationships and social support,work environment and conditions on the five dimensions were significantly different;marital status at the work itself, leadership behavior,the return job,interpersonal relationships and social support,work environment and conditions on the five dimensions;a significant difference on the ages of leadership behavior were significantly different;to work on the six dimensions were significantly different;(4)Job itself,leadership behavior,bank management practices and organizational climate target is going to develop and maintain target;job return on is going to target problem;interpersonal relations and social support,work environment and conditions is going to maintain the status quo target.According to the results of the analysis,the study of Zhengzhou CityCommercial Bank made the following recommendations:(l)Lower job satisfaction factors of response,it can increase throng active training and pay as soon as possible;(2)Higher job satisfaction factors response,we can plan to assist staff and strengthen internal communication;(3)We can enhance staff job satisfaction response throng different property. |
